Wendy Shriver, Executive Director of Downtown PKB - Wendy Shriver began her role as Executive Director of Downtown PKB in January 2015. Wendy has served on several community boards, such as the Wood County Society and the Belpre Area Chamber of Commerce, as well serving on the Washington County Community Health Council and the Medication Take Back Day task force. Wendy also teaches night classes for the Washington County Career Center’s Adult Technical Training Program.
